Senior Creative Services Manager

As Senior Creative Services Manager for CSA Education, Homer fills a hybrid role that supports the Design & UX department. Homer collaborates with CSA staff members as well as clients to support various creative and production projects. He provides design solutions, implementation, and production for print and digital services. Homer also oversees and assists with day-to-day management of assigned projects, including management of independent contractors and vendor partners, to ensure that all materials are accurate, consistent, and adhere to client-specified guidelines.
Homer has a strong passion for both data and design. Homer started working in production and marketing after college, which led him to work for a wide variety of industries. He continued to nurture his love for data and coding, becoming an early adopter of using social media for marketing. Homer has also incorporated functional QR code integration into design since 2010.
Highlights from Homer’s career include the following:
- Creating poster art, merchandise, and event booth sets in the pop culture/music industry
- Designing art for instructional design projects and educational materials that follow accessibility and WCAG compliance
- Managing online review sites, creating social media content, plus producing and organizing product images for online retail
- Planning all onsite and offsite events for an events company
- Working as office coordinator; scheduling appointments, billing customers, creating in-office forms and marketing collateral
Homer earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Phoenix.
Homer drawn inspiration from pop culture and a set of dream journals he keeps. He recharges his creativity and soul with park trails and creating indoor gardens, and maintains his motivation through playing chess and discovering new music.
