John guides the senior management team in setting company strategy and is responsible for CSA Education’s day-to-day management. John purchased Creative Services Associates in 2016 from its retiring founder. Since that time, he has been focused on solidifying the company’s strengths, along with building the organization by adding highly qualified content development and alignment experts in all subject areas. As CSA has grown, he ensures that the best resources are available to provide exceptional services to CSA’s valued clients.
John brings over thirty years of business experience to CSA. After a successful corporate career, John founded NCP Investments, LLC in 1999 and has been involved with start-ups, company acquisitions and management, and commercial real estate development projects across the country.
John’s career highlights include the following:
- Leading a start-up technology company from conceptualization to prototype development and strategy implementation
- Acquiring, transitioning, and managing the Chicago territory of a national personal services company to a successful franchise operation, achieving three-hundred percent growth over a six-year period
- Acquiring, managing, and modernizing systems for multiple companies
- Serving twelve years on the Board of Managers for a midstage international software services company, providing oversight and strategy development
- Assuming control of a start-up company, devising and implementing a turnaround agenda, and successfully returning the company to profitability
- Serving as senior management for the spin-off of a Fortune 500 company division to a privately held professional services provider
- Directing professional services for a Fortune 500 publishing and media company
John received an MBA from Loyola University Chicago after earning his BS in Business Administration from the University of Denver. He holds several professional licenses and has achieved top professional designations throughout his illustrious career.
When not at CSA, John enjoys golfing, skiing, and working with his hands on home improvement and woodworking projects.
