Artificial Intelligence (AI) for voice-over (VO) is a fantastic tool for sharing a message when creating audio for a video or presentation. Like any technology, we see AI as a tool. And, like any tool, there are particular applications, benefits, and drawbacks to using AI for VO work.
After three years of working from home and seeing each other from the shoulders up on tiny screens, we determined that now was the right time to bring everyone together for an in-person meeting at our company headquarters in Chicago.

CSA completed an Alt Text project for a client that involved writing Alt Text for 1,000 photos that were part of online reading passages for Grades 2–5. These photos accompanied clickable keywords in an online glossary. The project consisted of five batches split between three freelance writers, and the duration was seven weeks.

The relevance of making textbooks, ancillaries, and other resources accessible to these students has been acknowledged equally by policymakers, departments of education, schools, and publishing companies. To support this effort, CSA Education has joined both the human and the technical resources to provide World Languages services.
