Angelique Chavez has been a part of the educational publishing scene since 2000. After twenty years of dedicated service, she joins CSA Education from Integra. Starting as an Art Manager and progressing to Senior Project Manager, and then Managing Editor, Angel established herself as a valued member of the Integra team. As the successful leader of a team of project managers, she developed and implemented training materials and process documents for project management, tailored to specific clients. She is known for having a keen eye for artistic detail, being extremely organized, having an ability to balance multiple projects successfully, and maintaining strong professional relationships. Angel has spent years taking on troubled projects and redirecting them back on track. In her role as Managing Editor, she was able to pass on her knowledge of leading successful print and digital programs to the team of project managers under her supervision.

The following milestones highlight Angel’s career:

  • Hiring, training, supporting, and managing a team of onshore project managers
  • Acting as a main point of contact with offshore production teams—setting priorities and ensuring overall quality and timely delivery for print and digital programs
  • Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to identify fitting solutions for the customer’s needs on items such as scope, new workflows/guidelines, budgets/pricing, status, schedules, and risks
  • Reviewing art specs and specialized art pieces for multiple subject areas

Angel has an Associate’s degree in Applied Science from Robert Morris University, specializing in Graphic Arts. With a multitude of software skills, she is proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, FigureOne, Teams, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and JIRA. CSA is thrilled to have her as a part of the team!
