Cathy is responsible for managing and monitoring assigned editorial, design, art and photo, and production projects. She handles the fulfillment of all contractual obligations with clients and works to ensure delivery of high-quality service on all projects to be on-time and within budget. Along with maintaining direct communication with clients, creating workflows, and addressing tech issues, Cathy oversees the day-to-day management of all assigned projects, including management of internal staff and independent contractors.
Highly regarded as a reliable and organized project manager, Cathy began her career as a Project Manager at the Mazer Corporation, where she managed teams focusing on K-6 educational products. Quickly becoming the “go-to” person in the company for all project-related questions, she rose to become Mazer’s Sr. Project Manager, where she created and managed core PM teams to oversee the development of highly visual initiatives. She maintained that position when she joined Lumina Datamatics in 2015, being responsible for managing K-12 and Higher Education Print and Online product life cycles. She also facilitated production through traditional and Agile-type workflows, built and directed cross-functional teams from multiple service areas, and closely reviewed client-supplied content.

Cathy graduated with an Associates Degree in Applied Science from Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio. A die-hard Southwest Ohio sports teams fan, Cathy adores THE Ohio State Buckeyes, Cincinnati Reds, Cincinnati Bengals, Cincinnati Bearcats football, and Dayton Flyers basketball! She is also a self-proclaimed Craft-Junkie. She has created everything from Independence Day floats (for which she won an award) to silk floral arrangements for weddings to holiday wreaths and homemade soap!
