As a Project Manager for CSA Education, Cathy manages all assigned content, editorial, and design projects, including managing internal staff and independent contractors. She uses her 30-plus years of experience in the industry to lead her team with confidence. Bringing together a diverse and knowledgeable group, clients can be assured of a team built to undertake the necessary tasks to provide a successful product; one that is built on mutual relationships and understanding of the desired outcome.

Highly regarded as a reliable and organized publishing professional, Cathy began her career as a Project Manager where she managed teams focusing on K-6 educational products. She quickly became a Senior Project Manager, where she assembled and managed core PM teams to oversee the development of highly visual initiatives for elementary as well as higher education clientele.

Milestone highlights in Cathy ’s career include:

• Supervising and effectively managing a staff of 15 Project Managers and Coordinators, providing coaching, training, performance reviews, and overall support and guidance
• Embracing the role of Studio Team Lead for a company’s largest promotional products programs
• Utilizing strong leadership skills to quickly integrate standard practices to improve team performance and deliverables
• Coordinating with service-area teams to create workflows, build schedules, report project status, and effectively deliver quality products to publishing clients

Cathy graduated with an Associate Degree in Applied Science from Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio.

Cathy supports Ohio sports teams, from THE Ohio State Buckeyes and Cincinnati Bengals and Reds to University of Dayton Flyers! When not enjoying an exciting game, Cathy spends time on her second passion, crafting.
