Diana Nott

Senior Project Manager

As a senior project manager for CSA Education, Diana manages content, editorial, and design projects by creating and maintaining schedules, workflows, budgets, folder structures, and other project-specific planning documents. She works with freelancers, tracking and maintaining their progress and helping to troubleshoot any issues that may arise on a project. She also works directly with clients to ensure all project needs and deadlines are met.

Diana has worked in educational publishing for more than twenty-five years. She has worked on both  print and digital products in roles ranging from research and planning, to writing and editing, to development and project management. Much of Diana’s publishing background is in ESL and ELT. She has experience writing and editing content for K–12 ELT products as well as editing adult multi-level ESL course Teacher’s Editions. Her organization and attention to detail have allowed her to excel in her various roles, especially project management.

Highlights from Diana’s career include the following:

  • Managing K–6 editorial content projects
  • Leading the creation of a content development playbook of guidelines and best practices across content areas
  • Managing the development of a country-specific Primary course from budget approval through production
  • Overseeing the hiring of freelancers, creating their contracts, and reviewing their schedules and deliverables
  • Writing and editing educational content for a variety of K–12 products

Diana earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature from Purchase College, State University of New York.

Diana enjoys hiking, walking, and “forest bathing” with her dog, Pi, in the Hudson Valley. She enjoys modern and contemporary art, and visits art museums frequently. Diana’s guilty pleasures are reading detective novels and watching British game shows.
