As Vice President of Client Solutions, Ingrid leads CSA’s growth initiatives, cultivating key partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. In addition, Ingrid oversees the Marketing, Project Management, and Creative/Production teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of business development strategies.
With nearly three decades of experience, Ingrid has cultivated a multifaceted skill set to share with CSA Education. Her career journey has been marked by a commitment to client solutions, where she has seamlessly blended marketing strategies, business development initiatives, and project management finesse. As a seasoned professional, Ingrid bridges the gap between innovation and practicality, ensuring the CSA team has the support to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.
The following milestones highlight Ingrid’s career:
- Developing and maintaining key client relations and effective partnerships
- Leveraging and incorporating solutions to address complex problems and trends to develop strategic plans, resulting in financial growth for multiple companies
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to impact strategic growth at CSA to increase the number of clients we have the pleasure to work with
- Supervising the successful development and delivery of educational materials for Grades K–20
- Supporting and expanding the CSA Client Solutions team, covering business development, marketing, project management, and creative services
Ingrid attended DePauw University, where she received her BA in English Literature with a minor in Elementary Education. She also completed courses in the publishing program at the Graham School at the University of Chicago.
Ingrid lives in Holland, Michigan, with her husband, son, and sheepadoodle. They all enjoy going to the beach—sledding on the sand dunes in the winter and swimming in Lake Michigan in the summer.
