Kim works directly with clients to fully understand their goals, help them understand the services CSA Education offers, and establish how CSA can exceed their expectations. Her work allows her to interact across all project teams to ensure the best possible service and effective communication with clients. Additionally, she maintains and builds existing client relationships while also developing new ones.
Entering educational publishing with strong communication and organizational skills, Kim started her career at Elm Street Publishing Services as a Project Editor. While there, she managed the textbook production process, including coordinating freelancers, supervising production and art teams, and obtaining permissions. Over the course of her career, Kim established herself as an expert in project management and marketing at Ernst & Young LLP, Honeywell Analytics, and Klein Tools. At Integra Software Services, Kim was the Managing Editor where she supervised the project management team, acted as a liaison between internal production departments and clients, and worked with the operations team on strategy and documenting processes.

Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional Writing with minors in Communication and Psychology from Purdue University. Kim has been a dancer since she was 3 and still takes classes when she can. She loves baking, especially pies, and has been perfecting her grandmother’s secret pie crust recipe since she was little! Kim is also a mom to two young boys and a girl, a Schnauzer mix, and a Border Collie lab. She calls herself a “soccer mom,” complete with a minivan!
