Diana: Senior Project Manager
Interviewer: What does that position entail?
Diana: Coordinating project start-up, including schedules and external team logistics. Managing client communication, due dates, exchange of source materials and final materials, client system access. Monitoring budgets and tracking information for projects, as well as looking for efficiencies and improvements in the Project Management processes.
Interviewer: How did you become a part of CSA?
Diana: I applied for the position after previously working with CSA as a Project Manager on the client side.
Interviewer: What is the best part of your job?
Diana: Final material handovers and checking things off as complete on our Trackers (Schedules) is the best! I also really like setting up Trackers and finding ways to solve problems by tweaking and streamlining processes for each individual project.
Interviewer: What do you wish people knew about your work at CSA?
Diana: I hope our clients know this already, but everyone here at CSA really cares about delivering the best content we can on budget and on time. It is a really motivating company culture.
Interviewer: What do you wish schools focused on more in terms of education and why?
Diana: Embracing learning differences, plus incorporating more age/ability flexibility and social skills into curriculum and the classroom.
Interviewer: What are three interesting facts about you?
Diana: Three of my parents were K–12 teachers. I have three younger brothers. I hiked up three peaks of the White Mountains in New Hampshire named after U.S. presidents.
