Homer: Senior Creative Services Manager
Interviewer: What does that position entail?
Homer: Working with different teams to design and produce the educational content that CSA creates. I also get to learn new, advanced applications such as content management systems (CMS) for clients or project management tools that can help the design team meet our goals.
Interviewer: How did you become a part of CSA?
Homer: I started off freelancing as a production artist.
Interviewer: What is the best part of your job?
Homer: Working it full-time! This allows me to truly fall in love with the process and do so much more.
Interviewer: What do you wish people knew about your work at CSA?
Homer: Sometimes we as adults ignore the details, but to children, details are the world! The design team and I understand that, and these mindful details are building the minds of our future.
Interviewer: What do you wish schools focused on more in terms of education and why?
Homer: Science knowledge is important to be taught in this new age of online misinformation. I would also like to see advancements in farming and agricultural occupations presented early on, and emphasize the value of these roles in society.
Interviewer: What are three interesting facts about you?
Homer: I relax by making and modifying fairy gardens. I have 33 house plants. I like to journal vivid dreams and ideas for inspiration later on.
