Interviewer: What is your name?
Junior: Actually, my first name is Ronald, but no one except my mom (when she was angry) called me by that. So I grew up as a Junior, and that kind of matched my personality and stuck.
Interviewer: What is your position at CSA?
Junior: Senior Creative Services Manager
Interviewer: What does that position entail?
Junior: I manage multimedia projects, and use techniques and research to connect multidisciplinary areas of design (like video, graphics, music, games) to work together and generate new ideas/products.
Interviewer: How did you become a part of CSA?
Junior: I was working for CSA as a contractor, and due to the nature of the work, I had many opportunities to try new things (which I love!). So when a permanent opportunity opened up with CSA, it was a natural transition.
Interviewer: What is the best part of your job?
Junior: Testing and prototyping. I love trying and discovering new technologies.
Interviewer: What do you wish people knew about your work at CSA?
Junior: We are always working to do the best, with the right people, and the precise resources.
Interviewer: What do you wish schools focused on more in terms of education and why?
Junior: Engagement using technology. The world is moving so fast because of the Internet and sometimes I want to see schools and teachers using technology in their and the students’ favor.
Interviewer: What are three interesting facts about you?
Junior: I love crafting stuff from scratch, I love to work out listening to music parodies from Saturday Night Live, and I’m lucky enough to have visited 25 of the 27 Brazilian states.
